Just when I thought I had a good sense of why I’m here on Substack and what to expect, this community gently reminded me that there is always more to learn and room to grow. This was revealed to me as I ended out first Zoom call with my paid subscribers yesterday. Have you heard of the German word for a song that gets stuck in your head? It is Ohrwurm or Earworm It conjures up a slightly unpleasant image, but I suppose it does what it says on the tin. One song that has been on repeat in my mind ever since I first heard it is "From Little Things Big Things Grow", the powerful anthem by Paul Kelly and Kev Carmody. The melody is unforgettable, and the lyrics have stayed with me for years. It came to mind again yesterday, right after our call with this brilliant community who are on this journey with me.
