Hello everyone,
Hope all is well. Apologies that it has taken me some time to share the latest video chat with you all. It has been a particularly busy time as I gave a talk about The Good Kitchen at TEDx here in Boston. The event was called “Planet Action” and there were 75 people from around the world all speaking about how we can save this beautiful world over the next 10 years. It was extraordinary and such an honour to be here speaking about our little kitchen in the heart of Sicily. Tonight I fly out to India and not back in Sicily until the 15th of December. It may be a challenge for me to host our monthly chat but I have an idea for when I return. Let’s connect closer to Christmas - live from The Good Kitchen as it is always such a beautiful time of the year. Every year we host a big Christmas lunch and we invite many people from the town who may be alone. It is a special day of love and connection…
I will post lots of pictures from India as I will be volunteering to cook at a monastery in the north that takes care of Tibetan orphans. I am so looking forward to this and having some down time.
